This website, www.growthcab.com, is operated by Growth Cab LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Growth Cab", "we", "us"). Growth Cab is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to success@growthcab.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter. When you subscribe to AI Frontier we receive your email address and the page where you subscribed. Subscriptions use double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm from your inbox.
- Contact and calls. When you email us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share: name, work email, company, role and the context of your request.
- Usage data. We count page views with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email).
- To answer your messages, prepare and hold calls, and send proposals you request (steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries).
- To understand which pages are useful and to protect the site from abuse (our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
Growth Cab does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) are cookieless and aggregate. We store one small preference in your browser if you change your choices in Cookie preferences, available in the footer of every page, where you can also switch analytics off. External services you open from our site, such as the booking calendar, apply their own cookie policies.
Who processes data for us
We rely on a small number of providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit use to the service they provide: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), website builder for parts of the site (Framer), newsletter delivery (Loops), call scheduling (Calendly), and our email and productivity suite. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Growth Cab is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Business correspondence and call records are kept for as long as needed for the relationship and for our legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics are aggregate and do not identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California and other US states have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Write to success@growthcab.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
