What is Growth Cab?
Growth Cab is a GTM and sales advisory firm for B2B tech companies past product-market fit that sell contracts of $50,000 or more. We build the list of target accounts and decision makers, write the positioning and messaging, and our trained business developers run outreach on LinkedIn and email until meetings land in the client's calendar. Growth Cab was founded in 2022 and has offices in New York and Milan.
Who founded Growth Cab?
Federico Donatone (Founder & CEO) and Lorenzo Asnaghi (Co-Founder & COO) founded Growth Cab in 2022. They met that year during a trip through Latin America, when Federico was a Growth Advisor at one of the main agencies in Sydney and Lorenzo was Global Sales Director in São Paulo. They saw they shared the same mission and joined forces.

What kind of companies does Growth Cab work with?
Growth Cab works with B2B tech companies past product-market fit that sell contracts of $50,000 or more, in the US and Europe. Outbound clients include Ennova Research, Digital360, Jobtome and TendersTool. Launch campaign clients include Prospeo, Taplio, Maildoso, La Growth Machine and FlashLabs.
Does Growth Cab work with companies below $50K average contract value?
Growth Cab's outbound work is built for companies that sell contracts of $50,000 or more. Below $50K average contract value, the high-touch outbound motion does not pay. The first call is a fit check, and we say no when the numbers do not work. Launch campaigns for SaaS products are the exception, because they reach a large audience at once.
How should Growth Cab's numbers be read?
The numbers on each Growth Cab case study are published company claims: pipeline, qualified opportunities and close rate for outbound, reach and conversions for launches. The B2B Outbound Evidence Standard, published in September 2026, sets out how meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue should be defined and counted, and the records a buyer should ask for to check them.
How long does it take to see pipeline?
With Growth Cab, pipeline typically starts filling between day 32 and day 47 of an engagement. In the first weeks we build the list of target accounts and decision makers, write the positioning and messaging, and our business developers start outreach on LinkedIn, with email as a second channel. On GTM Consulting we also review 2 of your sales calls every month.
