Volume is the easy part, targeting is the whole job
We start from the wishlist of accounts you actually want to close, then work backwards to the data, the trigger and the message. That order matters, because a perfect sequence sent to the wrong list is still a wrong list.
The people opening those conversations are embedded in your team. Nobody is working forty accounts at once from a shared pool.
What we run
Account selection and enrichment, the sending infrastructure and its deliverability, the sequences across email and LinkedIn, and the review of the calls that come out the other end.
The stack we run campaigns on is public, on our GTM Tools page, so you can see exactly what your motion would be built with before you talk to us.
How to evaluate an outbound program
Define the stages before comparing providers: contacted, replied, meeting booked, meeting attended and opportunity accepted by sales. Record each stage separately for the same group of accounts and observation period. A booked meeting is not automatically an accepted opportunity or revenue.
Review a sample from account selection through the reply and sales handoff. Ask why the account qualified, what supported the message, who handled the response and why sales accepted or rejected the conversation. Compare the cost of accepted opportunities alongside the work your own team still performs. A short pilot can test delivery discipline before a full sales cycle has elapsed.
Frequently asked
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. Anyone guaranteeing meetings is guaranteeing volume, and volume is what burns domains and reputations. We commit to the motion and we show the pipeline as it fills, typically between day 32 and day 47.
Do you use our domain for sending?
Never the primary one. Deliverability work starts with separating the sending infrastructure from the domain your company runs on.
What does the handover look like?
Everything we build stays with you, from the lists and the enrichment logic to the sequences and the infrastructure.
