01 /The goal

Generate 4,000+ qualified MQLs in 24 hours and validate demand for SuperAgent

FlashLabs had built SuperAgent, an autonomous AI for go-to-market. It can run the whole engine, from prospecting to closing, without constant human input.

The product was ready. Now FlashLabs had to prove market demand, fast. Not over weeks of slow-drip content, but in a single launch day.

The goal: reach 10,000 founders at companies with 50 to 200 employees and convert them into qualified pipeline.

02 /The execution

A one-day blitz powered by AI-driven personalization

Growth Cab designed and ran one concentrated launch-day campaign. Its job was to put SuperAgent in front of the right founders. It rested on three pillars.

Step 01
  1. LinkedIn + Email distribution

The campaign ran on LinkedIn and email at the same time, to cover as much ground as possible on launch day. Both channels reached the same audience with coordinated messaging, to drive urgency and action.

Step 02
  1. Personalized, one-to-one AI outreach

Every message was fully personalized, based on intent signals. No templates, no generic blasts. A proprietary AI sales agent wrote individual outreach for each founder, citing their company context and pain points.

OutputOne individual message for each founder, with no templates.
Step 03
  1. Precision targeting at scale

The audience was tightly defined: founders at companies with 50 to 200 employees. These are the decision-makers most likely to adopt an AI agent for their GTM stack. No wasted reach, no spray and pray.

03 /The results

Launch day delivered massive pipeline in 24 hours

The single-day campaign exceeded every target. It validated both the product and the distribution strategy.

It answered the question FlashLabs set out to test: do founders want an AI agent running their GTM?

  • 0110,000+founders reached on launch day
  • 025,000qualified MQLs from demo requests, sign-ups and free trials, above the 4,000+ goal
  • 031 dayfrom zero to validated demand at scale

Key takeaway

Launching a vertical AI agent is not just about building the product. It is about proving demand decisively.

Growth Cab packed distribution into a single launch day, with fully personalized AI outreach. That helped FlashLabs generate 5,000 qualified MQLs. It also validated SuperAgent as a must-have for founders scaling their GTM.
